Prepare Your Meals
All too often, people do not prepare their meals for the next day, and they end up eating anything they can get their hands on, which will usually be fast food or something else unhealthy. Lunchtime at work is one of the main culprits of weight gain because people tend to eat food from the vending machine or they head out to the nearest fast food restaurant.

Go For A Morning Run
Mornings are busy for most people, but you should head out for a morning run. A morning run is a great way to get the day started and it is a great way to get into the right frame of mind. When you feel good and your mental state of mind is positive, you’re less likely to make poor eating decisions. If you cannot do a morning run, then you should do an afternoon run or an early evening one, but going for a morning run is idea.

Train With Giant Sets
Giant sets are intense and they involve doing four or more exercises consecutively. This means you do the exercises one after another, all without taking a rest in between. Once you’ve completed the last exercise (one giant set), then you rest for 30-60 seconds before starting a second giant set. Since giant sets are intense, you only want to use them once per week per body part. For example, you’ll use giant sets on chest day, and then you’ll wait a week before using them again on chest day.

With that said, do giant sets for each body part and use very light weight and high reps. Stick with a giant set workout routine for about 7-8 weeks, and only do a total of 4-5 giant sets per body part. If you do this, you should lose an insane amount of weight.

Giant sets is a great way to get an intense workout in, but in half the time it would take if you were training with regular sets.

Take A Fat Burner
Choose a fat burner that can boost your metabolism and increase your energy. A fat burner that can do this will help you shed a lot of body fat in a short period of time. However, don’t solely rely on fat burners. It’s important to eat right and train regularly when taking supplements, including fat burners.

Do Body Weight Squats Daily
Body weight squats offer almost the same benefits of traditional barbell squats, but you can do them anywhere and at anytime. If you want to lose weight fast, then do body squats daily. It is up to you as to when you do them, but make sure you do at least five sets and do as many reps as you can per set. Don’t take long rest periods in between sets, as 15-20 seconds should be long enough. Don’t worry about spending a lot of time doing this, as it should take you no longer than 15-20 minutes to complete.
